After last night Morales has solidified himself as a true All Time Great for he had atleast equal amount of rounds won but with more damages sustained throughout the fight..

im gonna make an arguement and an easy one at that..

    Erik Morales resume

    Juan Carlos Ramirez..TKO12
    Fernando Velardez..TKO5
    Jose Luis Bueno..KO2
    Kevin Kelly..TKO7
    Guty EspadasX.. KO3
    Wayne McCullough..UD12
    Carlos Hernandez..UD2
    In Jin Chi..UD12
    Junior Jones..TKO4
    Jesus Chavez..UD12
    Daniel Zaragoza..KO11[39yrs]
    Paulie Ayala..KO11
    Marco Barrera..SD12
    Manny Pacquiao..12 round ass kicking
    David Diaz???[gift decision]
    Marcos Maidana

    Manny's resume:

    Barrera 1-PAST PRIME
Morales1-PAST PRIME WEIGHT DRAINED-Erik DESTROYED Manny
    Morales2-PAST PRIME WEIGHT DRAINED
    Morales3-PAST PRIME WEIGHT DRAINED
Jmm-1 -Jmm Beat the crap out of Pacroid..
Jmm-2 PAST PRIME – Marquez beat up manny…AGAIN lmfao
    Barrera2-PAST PRIME
Diaz-Got a gift decision against a SHOT Morales..
    Delahoya- PASTPRIME WEIGHT DRAINED
    Hatton- PAST PRIME WEIGHT DRAINED
    Cotto-PASTPRIME? WEIGHT DRAINED
    Margarito- PAST PRIME? PRIME DRAINED

How often has Manny weighed less then 140 pounds for a featherweight fight?

Unfortunately Manny hasnt "GONE UP" in all these weight classes like how his fans will make you believe. He's been coasting at the welter weight levels fighting PAST PRIME FEATHERWEIGHTS..

and when he DOES fight welters theyre either past it, or nice and DRAINED is how manny likes them which is sad. [freddie himself even admitted lining up manny with only fights that he can win and less risks and even said on many occasions the conditions pacs opponents have been in when before manny fights them]

The fact that Hernandez and Zaragoza is the closest thing to having past it fighters on Erik's Incredible Resume shows alot, and are these guys EVEN CLOSE to as past it as barrera, Morales [5 fights between these two] Hoya, hatton and Cotto were?

in his prime Erik went Undefeated..

his 1st "loss" was the Barrera one but his first real loss was against Manny after Destroying Pacquiao for basically 12 rounds straight, [Morales was the underdog in the 1st Pacquiao figh] in the rematch Morales a skinny dehydrated was AGAIN kicking pacquiao's ass and was winning all the way up to the 6th before his legs completely gave out and so manny FINALLY did what he was SUPPOSED to do and got his win against an aging Erik.

Realistically Mannys best wins are against the 1st fight with a past it Barrera a drained Cotto and an absolute **** version of hatton. which is absolutely fine but manny quite honestly is NOT even top 30 with this resume.

dont make it seem manny has "gone up in weight" he just simpy hasnt

for all you pacfans who say manny is The Greatest of all time please stop bullshitting yourself the free pass manny gets is down right ludicrous and an injustice to this sport.

I feel Erik with this resume combined with the time he fought these men at respective peaks logically earned himself top 15 ATG.. theres ALOT of guys hes clocked over and defeated

Its about time we look more into Erik's line of work and the damage he's done with so many fighters early in his career and give this man his proper credit.

As a massive Erik Morales fan, this photo shows that Erik holds Manny's hands up to celebrate him being a greater fighter. Manny has gone on to achieve so much more than Erik, though prime for prime if they fought at featherweight, Erik beats Manny clearly! This is based on Manny's skills at those weights.
Though last night's performance does show that maybe it was the draining of the wieght to to super feather that hurt Morales before the rematches.

Both Morales and Pacquiao are great fighters. I personally think that the version of Pacquiao that beat Barrera and draw with Marquez beats Morales from the Barrera rematch. Pacquiao was moving up to a new weight when they fought the first time at 130 and he was surprised how easily Morales can take his punches. At 126 it would be a different story

But like I said one thing for sure they are both great fighters!
