Article below, Froch talks about his spar session with Groves.

This is probably a bit of a blow to DeGale as this issue is now firmly closed..

I know I'm a bit of a Groves cheerleader but he is defiantly edging the "build up" battle..

Also check out this video: Adam Booth - Groves needs to become a better fighter... It's just another example of how grounded his camp are..

Groves (a less than 10 fight novice at the time) took a knee against one of the best super-middleweight in the last 10 years, whom has stopped many of his opponents with his grueling style, and there is no shame in that. Degale being the ***** he is put his 'spin' on it and misconstrued what had really happened in sparring.

What is embarrasing is the fact that Degale has to make these slurs and accusations whilst Groves spars with the likes of Direll and Froch who can only help him get better in the long run. Groves can come back from a defeat against Degale but can Degale come back from a loss to Groves? I doubt it...

Yeah read this this morning over at the scene while on way to work.

James shouldn't of said anything because Froch is as outspoken and honest as they come and telling someone they got knocked out is hardly going to make them feel they got knocked out when they didn't. Silly move and Froch has made him look foolish for saying it although went politely about it. Froch is just class!

He said Groves prep may be deciding factor in this one...i mostly agree with his views on this issue. Still feel James will win..because even though i agree he hasn't had a gutcheck yet it doesn't mean he can't handle that situation.

    DeGale will get stopped..

Whilst Groves is out in Miami, training with David Haye, sparring with Dirrell... DeGale just seems to be running his mouth & training with Cleverely.. What good is that??

Groves is over compensating for DeGale.. You can't say the same for DeGale

Yeah Groves has proven to be a little chinny... But I hope Groves owns Degale!

Cleverly is very good sparring but way different to Groves, I personally would of gone for a more bodywork orientated fighter no matter the weight class. Degale is a better boxer no doubt, but i dont think he is the better fighter and this bout will be a fight. This fight will reveal everything about both fighters and the winner will go on to great things...

Floyd Mayweather would be a excellent sparring partner. If your sparring with someone who has a completely different style to your opponent it's pointless..

Thing is as much i agree who's to say he's not sparring anyone similar or someone mimicking Groves style? because i'm pretty sure he will spar a good number of rounds and they won't all be Barker and Clev.

Not many fighters fight like Groves really.

DeGale is a silly child. If he does win (which I dont think he will) I hope he learns to grow up and not make me and everyone else cringe when he talks.

you would expect Froch to say this considering he is close friends with Haye.
