I don't think he accepted it. His track record of lies, diversions, and double-speak won't let me believe he has until negotiations are entered and it is NOT a factor.

In the same breath I am really happy that *******s believe that not only has he accepted FROSDT he has PERSONALLY accepted it.

So that means if this BS comes up again, which I feel it will, in a negotiation? They know exactly who and why these fights were scuttled. Drug cheat Manny.

I would believe Pac if I thought he actually ran the show. People may not like to hear this but when it comes to boxing, Pac don't run ****. Inside the ring he is a force of nature. When it comes to making decisions about his boxing career, Arum is the guy who makes the final decision. Pac doesn't have the smarts for it, which is why he relies on Arum. Need proof, look for his comment on how he didn't even know Arum took his fight with Mosley to Showtime instead of HBO. Arum didn't even try to check with Pac to make sure he didn't have a problem with it. For all we know Pac may have wanted to stay with HBO to maintain a good relationship. So when Pac makes any kind of statement about his boxing career first thing I am curious about is are him and Arum on the same page. Pac could say he agrees to the full blood test, but is that what Arum is negotiating? For all we know because of Arum and Floyd's bad history, he may not want to give up that edge. What promoter on the planet wouldn't have tried to convince his fighter to accept the 14-day cut off during the first negotiations? Especially when from the very beginning all Pac didn't want was testing to be done less than a few days before the fight. IMO, the 30 day cut off was Arum's doing not Pac.

What some of you do not realize is there is a thing such as "FORMAL" and "INFORMAL"

    - Informal example: "That's my wife.... Well we're not married and don't have a ring, but she's like my wife".

    - formal example: "That's my wife. We got married last June. If she divorces me she gets half."

    - informal example: "Thats my car. But It's not in my name."

    - formal example: "That's my car. Here is my title to it"

    - informal example: "Yes, I Manny Pacquiao will do whatever testing Floyd Mayweather wants. I agree to random blood tests all the way upto the fight."

    - formal example: Signing a contract that says "Yes, I Manny Pacquiao will do whatever testing Floyd Mayweather wants. I agree to RANDOM blood tests all the way upto the fight."

So you see, mostly anything we "hear" or read is just hearsay. It's almost impossible to know whats really going on not being a part of either's camps. Even when its coming from the horses mouth. Especially on Arum's side, as he has been slandering Floyd and using him for promotion like a politician would do his competitor. What that means is make your side look like angels and make the other side look like the scum of the Earth. (It doesn't help the other side when they actually thrive off that image, but you get what I'm saying).

What we do know is this.

    - Manny Pacquiao does NOT want to take blood tests close to the fight.

    - Floyd Mayweather does NOT want to fight someone he believes is using PED's.

Unless Floyd drops the issue. (Not going to happen)

And Manny actually does agree like everyone says he has.... BUT DOES IT FORMALLY IN WRITING! The fight will happen.

I think the split and money issues will be resolved after the Mosley fight. Depending on the numbers.

It is easy for Pacquiao to say things now. At this point the Mayweather/Pacquiao match up is at its greatest risk. Mayweather is all but officially retired plus his legal issues factor into this. As well as the fact that Pacquiao faces Mosley in May which will be his first real chalange since maybe he fought Hatton. If not Hatton in 09, than Marquez in 08.
If Pacquiao beats Mosley and Mayweather clears his legal issues and decides to fight we'll see how willing Pacquiao is to agree to tests/getting into the ring with Mayweather.

Pacquiao already played this trick months ago.
He had said back then he would accept the random testing.......the *******s were all over it dissing Mayweather that he was running scared.......in the meantime the *******s were hammering home that it was not Pacquiao who was holding up the fight because he had agreed to Mayweather's demands......

.....you would think that when it came out that in fact Pacquiao had not agreed to the testing, the ******* would back off and be somewhat embarrased over the issue.....
....but instead, their defense of Pacquiao for having lied remained stronger than ever.

Pacquiao can do a complete 360 degree turnaround after the Mosley fight and go back to saying, "the drug testing is not in my hands, it is up to my promoter.".....and the ******* even after Pacquiao having already publicly commented he'd accept full random testing would back a man like Pacquiao who went back on his word.

I dont think its by accident that Pacquiao does a whole lot of talking about agreeing to drug tests when he has a fight coming up with someone other than Mayweather.

You just watch, when The Mosley fight is past, expect Pacquiao to all of a sudden be silent on the matter of PED testing and direct all questions to honest Bob Arum.
