Shows how much you've followed the situation. Pac isn't suing Floyd because he asked for OSDT. Pac is suing them for remarks made after the Hatton and Cotto fights. Richard Schaffer flat out told a Filipino newsreporter that Pac was on PEDs as far back as May 2009.

Pac filed the lawsuit BEFORE negotiations even began for a fight and BEFORE Floyd asked for OSDT.

 

are you one of those defending Martinez saying over 160 is too much for him? if that's the case, you have to be fair and give Pac the same benefit. After all he has gone up 10-11 divisions since he started, and 5 divisions in the past couple years. he knows his body and only weighed 144 against margarito giving up 6 lbs at the weigh-in, which shows how much he does not want to weigh over that.

 

Floyd has a cachweight fight as well. Unlike Floyd, Pac did not come in 2 pounds overweight at the weigh-in futher giving him a bigger advantage over a bloated lightweight. :-(

From what I understand Margarito had grown into a full fledged 154lber. Cotto is now fighting at 154lbs.
