    Keep it to active fighters.

My discussion here is examples of Fighters who would lose to other fighter despite been better.

For example i think Amir Khan is a Great Fighter. Victor Ortiz is just a good fighter. Amir Khan will have a much beter career than Ortix. Yet if the two were to fight, I think Ortiz would win by KO, As his Power and Accuracy would end up KO'g him.

What are other good examples of this?

Another more controvertial one. But I think Khan beats Mayweather, despite mayweather being a much better boxer.

Robin Reid gave away winnable fights when he could have won but just didnt do anything. Danny Williams did the same thing.
More to your question could Calderon - Segura be an example?

So Ortiz possibly knocks out Khan, but Khan beats Mayweather? How does that work out.

I know styles make fights (probably the most used statement ever)...but styles make fights as long as both boxers are on or around the same level. Mayweather is a couple of levels above Khan, and at this point, relies too much on Roach.

Pacquiao is inarguably the greatest boxer of all time and has 3 losses so he obviously needs to be on this list.

Is this a ****ing joke? Mayweather would knock Khan out. I'd bet my goddamn life on it.

Also Taylor has the style to beat hopkins, probably even now if they fought.
Yet hopkins is a better fighter.

He doesn't have the footwork, defense, experience (he hasn't judged the 12 round pace correctly once yet)...to make a competitive bout with Mayweather at this point.

The Mayweather that beat Mosley, has a very good chance at stopping Khan late...before that, making it look easy from 2-3 rounds onwards.

**** happen's. When you got two men swing at each other, one can be far better but just gets hit, lucky or not. Also some fighters have a particular style thats hard even for a much better fighter to overcome...

hmm but he wasn't even good in his two early losses, with no real training. Those early fights are like his amatuer career. Floyd even lost in the ams, but he got way way better by the time he was a pro. Pac got better by the time he faced Ledwaba ... he was kind of amatuerish even after his first title! chavez Jr is taking the same route, but with light competition so far, learning as he goes, with more reasonable and selected opposition, and I don't think he is going to rise like Pac.

Roy Jones is like this to some degree, on his game he should always beat Tarver or Johnson, he's just better, but falls apart. I think "chins" play a big role here, but sometimes its the "cut" factor (I do think Juan Diaz is just slightly better than Nate Campbell). And yeah, I think Mosley is better than Forrest is better than Mayorga, but the styles really made the fights for those ones.
