Hopefully this is true. He disappointed a lot of people. He needs to work his way back to be relevant...

Doubtful Solis will ever be relevant again after such an injury, not sure he ever really was though anyways, if the knee injury was pre-existing thank his team for a shortened career. I wish him the best, but I'm not thinking he's gonna ever be back to full strength.

Awesome. Tell Team Solis that we at the Main Event Mafia are delighted with his ATG event win and he's a true warrior

Also, ask him why he has a giant No Limit Records logo tattooed on his back

Not a bad fight actually, Ustinov is a big lump so Solis should outpoint him.

Pretty sure Ustinov is a K2 fighter :think

I've got a feeling this will be a relatively easy fight for Ustinov...

We should all look at the silver lining of this.

Solis is now motivated to get a second chance. If he'd have been outclassed by Vitali like he probably would've, his heart would've been crushed and he would've been thrown to the side along with the rest of the roadsweeping heavyweights before him. It's good that the fight ended so disappointing, maybe now he'll be more inclined to focus more on his career and get his weight down. That injury might've been the best thing that ever happened to him.

Its going to be a long road back for Solis. He was lucky to get a title shot in the first place. He is really going to have to work hard to get another.Getting into decent shape for a change would make people think he was serious. As long as he comes in fat he people will just remember the vitali farce.
