The fight was originally NOT for the belt. The WBC was the one that offered the belt (because they get $$$ for giving it out).

Pacquiao said it(Margarito) was the toughest fight of his career. He took a lot of hard punches from Margarito. He knows he wont be able to handle Sergio. It would be 148 or maybe even a 150 pounder going against a guy who is about 10 pounds heavier.

and those skilled, near prime fighters wants nothing to do with those guys Pacquiao has defeated. Tell those skilled and prime fighters to fight Cotto, Margarito, Clottey etc. at the weights Pac fought them at... and we will talk about them later. Until those skilled, prime fighter step-up & finally fought these guys and beat them better than Pac did, they have no right to discredit him, nor downgrade his achievements.

Margarito is a 3 time world champion who beat the living **** out of Sergio Martinez when both were prospects. He also has one of the most impressive lists of previous opponents in all of boxing. People like Mitch Green who refer to Tony as "a bum" are so ****ing stupid their presence on this planet lowers the average IQ of the entire human race.

give it a rest Mitch Green.

packeeeyeeeoowww is a great fighter. When you're 33 years old. You don't fight 23-25 year old guys who are faster.
