Don't know or really care (more interested in the Showtime card, which already had the weigh ins on Top Rank Live Stream) but the HBO card weigh-ins will probably be on the GBP streaming site: http://ringtv.craveonline.com/ :dead
Sounds like you have sour feelings towards the HBO card. Any reason why? I think it should be a good card.
A) I don't care about either fighter (neutral/negative feelings toward both; neutrality toward their ability and persona, negativity toward both of their in-ring styles and shared status as HBO hypejobs). B) I'm already going to have seen Khan-McCloskey during the British broadcast several hours earlier. B) Lopez-Salido is a better fight, that is actually meaningful for its division...and has a deeper card.
I don't share your sentiments for the HBO card. I think its decent with a very nice Man Event. I will HDDVR the HBO card and watch the SAlido fight live.. I hope he derails Lopez.
:blood You realize it's only the one fight live, right? HBO is showing Khan-McCloskey on tape-delay (and there will be spoilers ALL OVER THE PLACE by then, as it will have happened hours earlier tomorrow afternoon)...and then launching right into Berto-Ortiz live. There is no undercard whatsoever.
Berto is one of the most inaccurate titlists in the world, and Ortiz is a front-runner who cowers from anyone he isn't stronger than. Why do people like them? :huh
Because their vulnerabilities make it intriguing to me. Come on. JuanMa shoudl decision Salido. Berto-Ortiz is more of a toss up. I am interested in the Honorio fight though. Just found out about that today. The guy always comes to fight and also wanna see this PR prospect. You know anything about the guy Honorio is fighting?
Luis Cruz is pretty good, but he's in for a long night if he doesn't dispose of Honorio early because he's never seen anyone even close to his class or with nearly as many tricks up their sleeve. My indifference/disdain toward Berto and Ortiz outweighs my curiosity about whether one of them can knock out the other. :conf
I'd much rather see Berto in with Cintron, but Berto's too busy fighting nobodies and 140 lbers, and then calling out Pac and Mayweather. Oh, that and calling out Mosley now that he's signed to fight Pac. Berto is a joke. He's an alright fighter, but if he's gonna talk all that trash, man up and fight Cintron when you got the guy callin you a *****, and it's a fan friendly fight.
I think a lot of people here are underestimating this fight and I'm sure it'll be one hell of a fight, way better than Berto - Ortiz.
