Why did Floyd leave early before the winner was announced in the Ortiz-Berto fight?

I know there's so many smart(azz) here on ESB that could decipher what was
Floyd thinking at that moment when he left the arena suddenly.
Dont he want to hear the announcer's interview against the winner?
Did he lost a bet etc. So many thoughts.

    say whatever you think.....

Floyd wasnt there for the fight. Floyd was there for Floyds ego.

I don't know and don't care what he was thinking when he was leaving but I would imagine he lost some money betting on Berto.

Threads like these just reassure me that Floyd is still the biggest name in boxing by far. He has no fight scheduled and a lot of people think he's retired and dislike him and they still throw his name out everyday

He left right away before the winner was announced, bec. the winner might challenge him in public, and he don't want to be disrespected and insulted with more boos from the crowd, anyway, 50 cent was there to hold his hands, lol.

My guess is, he was there to see his next opponent. I think he was there watching Berto. Berto was the smaller man and was expected to win. So it makes since for Floyd to really size him up, as Floyd would be the bigger and more skilled fighter.

Maybe, it’s because the guy he wanted to fight, lost. And Floyd might have loss money betting on Berto too. Floyd wanted to call Berto out after the fight supposed to be. But definitely, he does NOT want to fight Ortiz.

People are obsessed with Floyd. I didn't even know he left early. Really don't care either.
