Okay, Yes, Another "Who's Better Overall," Wlad K. or Vitali K.?

    Folks,

    I agree youth favors Wladimir, as does his training with Manny Steward, but in terms of toughness, meaness and durability, I gotta go ahead with the older Vitali Klitschko all the way. And, I like Fritz Sdunek with V.K.

    Wladmir has the more ripped build (Possible Steroid Use) compared to his more naturally toned brother Vitali, but Vitali doesn't budge when tagged or reach out and grab like Wladimir does, Vitali comes back punching.

    Wladimir perhaps has a better, harder right cross, but Vitali's cross gets respect and messes up a man's face like the Dickens. Point is, both have power that gets their opponents attention and keeps them at bay.

    People and detractors love to whine that Vitali is slowing down, well, for a man in decline he's still winning and commanding lotsa' respect from his victims. People also rag on his resume---why? Vitali and his brother Wladimir fight who their management signs them with. Fact is, neither brother has ducked anyone, but they've both been ducked.

    Look, I know Vitali K. is 40 here in 2011 and Wladimir is only 35, but I still say Vitali K. is the man man / dog at heavyweight based on the fact that he has never truly been beaten or behind on the scoring in all of his fights, let alone ever kissing the floor in a fight. These are things little brother Wladimir cannot claim.

    Wlad says Vitali. They never going to fight, so that's good enough for me. It probably is Vitali, anyway.

    I think vitali is the more skilled natural boxer and in a prime vs prime matchup he would beat his little brother, but wladimir has the better resume.

    Wlad is a superior technical boxer with one punch ko power and a suspect chin.

    Vitali is mentally tougher and physically tougher he is also a better volume puncher with an iron chin.

    I see Vitali stopping Wlad in the later rounds or a possible ud win for Vitali.

    Don't get why you say WALDO has 'possible steroid use' when it was his brother who actually got caught. I suspect WALDO juices too but I KNOW VITLAY has in the past.

    As for who's better overall.....the answer to that probably lies in the Haye fight. I'd place them about equal at the moment for competition they've beaten but if WALDO gets KO'd again then VITLAY has to be considered the better man, in my opinion.

    Just to quickly expand on that.....if WALDO gets KO'd again then performances against common opponents is even more significant than it is right now. Currently WALDO's CV is just slightly better, if he gets laid out against Haye then we still have VITLAY v Haye to look forward to (maybe) and if VITLAY wins that then he sort of ends the argument.

    Bill will understand where I'm coming from, hopefullly.

    Key word: "Past."

    Point was, Wlad looks currently juiced in 2011, where as Vitali who used the juice a decade ago, now appears clean and naturally toned... That's all I was saying...

    Fair enough Bill, not hating on you.

    Stand by what I said though, the Haye fight is a huge one for WALDO. If he wins he gets all the belts except the WBC. If he loses then it's another bad loss that big brother has to try to mop up for him....

    Of course the opinion would have to be revised again if Haye beat VITLAY but then there's age to consider too. I'd have to consider VITLAYS performance against Lewis as a plus for him too seeing as that's the only true great that either brother has ever faced.

    Actually thinking about it....**** it VITLAY is better.

    Vitali is better, because mentally he is so much stronger, his skills are not far behind Wlad and they pretty much fight the same, the mental edge makes him better, for whatever reason he sat back and let his little brother grab all the glory so to speak. They will never fight, which i can understand, I wouldn't fight my brother in a prize fight either, so no way to really know, I just think even to this day if they were hypnotized into believing they had never met and fought, Vitali would get him.
