Pacquiao PED Allegations have gone overboard

most fighters below HW have to make Weight, so the benfits of steroids are negated by the extra muscle that would make it hard when they are cutting for weigh in..

i don't think PEDs are a big problem below HW. There are a few examples like Vargas and mosley being caught, but there was no evidence they were mor ethan one-offs..

Nearly every top HW of the past 20+ years is rumored to have been on Steroids at one time or another.

 

You have to consider the element when you're talking Nevada Boxing Commission. I mean , let's be real. It functions on 1 thing and 1 thing only. Cash! It's common knowledge and you can see for yourself on youtube where Arum has admitted paying judges to fix fights . Point blank. You think a commission that functions on graft and cable contraband is credible enough to make those decisions in a fair and unbiased manor when the Bob Arums, Don Kings, Al Heymons and whoever the **** else is greasing their pockets? DO YOU? REALLY? Floyd said he was willing to do whatever Pacman was willing to do, and athletes take independently requested IOC style drug test all of the time, all over the world. Particularly in team sports. So I believe the lesson learned (and there is a lesson to learn ) here with Manny is that if you walk away from 25M not to take a drug test. This could happen for 1 of 2 reasons or both.

1. Manny knew this was the 1st round of negotiations that were going to allow TR to double whatever purse bid that was offered with in a period of roughly 2 tax years or 7 fiscal quarters. They were very successful with creating the anti-Mayweather buzz in the mainstream media which is what has made Floyd a very wealthy man. Really all the bitchin and moanin amongst the fans is really what going to make this a 100Mm + affair!

2. Or, Manny was just, " Plain Ol' Dirty", when the request was made and IOC style testing is rather thorough and leaves very little margin for era in terms of detecting masking agents / designer drugs. So to say that Floyd requesting IOC style is unreasonable I think is not only biased but rather barbaric considering the sport he's in. It's funny man because fight after fight we watch the same ol promo **** go the same way with this alleged fight. Pacman vs Money! And these guys have already doubled the potential revenue. Why wouldn't they wait to triple it? But the ????????? still remains; WHY DID MANNY WALK AWAY FROM 25 MILLION GIVEN HE'S NEVER MADE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THAT? Remember, he is a Prize Fighter! They only fight for one thing! THE PRIZE!!!!!!

There's another thread dealing with PEDs. And I pointed out in there that that huge weight and muscle gain isn't the only benefit of an anabolic steroid and that apparently minor gains in muscle mass can be very, very deceptive.
That's not including all the other nefarious stuff that's lurking around out there

 

PEDs are excuses.. they just cant fathom the idea that someone is capable of doing such feats..

they are at first "wtf man this guy is amazing" but as soon as floyd went on the record stating that Pac is on steriods then they were like "ofcourse he must be in something"

in hindsight it is sort of giving Pac some complements.. because of how he has been destroying everyone..

seriously, as brilliant as mayweather is in the ring, do you ever think that the words coming out of his mouth are even intelligent thoughts? when did you ever say that anything floyd says are true or even unbias.. he always just talks about himself..

one thing more. when pac entered the limelight in boxing he really didnt have antics or watsoever to make him popular.. he did all the talking in the ring.. after each fight he just thanks everyone and thats it.. none of those "im the man!!" sort of things..

really just because you cnt admit or explain one thing dont go on looking ignorant..

It became an issue when the fight didn't get made because of it. I still don't see how the one asking for the test looks worse than the one who denied the test. It could have been a feeling that Pac was on something but after those laughable excuses from pac, Floyd might feel he really is on something or could be looking for an advantage as GTSX stated earlier. Still it shouldn't have been an issue. Even had a 14 day offer that was turned down. **** both of em untill they get in the ring.

 

Get over your bias. if it were Pac you'd say he was a God! No dawg! No! It's your life at stake everytime you step into the square circle. You try it! Than have that attitude. I guarantee you won't!

 

Slight flaw in your simpleton logic is Vampires weren't generally considered commonplace in london at the time of the plague.

Floyd has a pattern of avoiding big challenges.
It is not something new that he avoids Pac.

 

the first attempt when they wanted fm to fight pac egos got in the way.. we all know how floyd is when there are big fights.. the first thing he would do is intimidate the other fighter outside the ring.. he wanted to dictate the terms and conditions.. w/c then team pacquiao refused.. they didnt want him bullying pac so they counterd..

and mayweathers team knew of the incident when pac loss to morales that he had to be drawn blood "during fight itself" because the blood they took from pac "got lost". evr since then he didnt want blood taken from him.. just research it the day after the morales fight. he had some interviews bout it.

they knew manny is very superstitious because filipinos are really superstitious especially coming from a very poor background .. dont you know that he wears only the same brand of socks which are not really that expensive? that he hated it when he didnt wear it during the 1st marquez fight?

and besides recently they have agreed to all the conditions mayweather asked but then what would you know he asked for $100M..

now tell us then who doesnt want the fight to be done.. $100M ? seriously? if they (FM) say they didnt demand for $100M why didnt they go to court right away and file for Libel.. if they say it isnt true cuz it is a valid cause of action imo...

 

:deal this. if floyd asked for it against someone else as a result of what he felt was a need to clean the sport then it would have been fine. his bad intentions are smeared all over this demand and people can see right through him.

if PAC then in the future is proven to be using PEDs then **** ill be the first one to bash on the guy..
