It's only bad news for me if Pac doesn't fight either Floyd, Martinez, Bradley/Khan winner, or Ortiz in his next fight.

the way Morales/Maidana played out did not surprise everyone as much as it did you. Maidana is not on the level of these other guys. Pacquiao and Marquez already fought twice when MArquez was still at his best. All I'm asing is what aspect of his game makes people think he can do better now that he is older and above his best weight class than he did in the past. All signs point to the opposite, that he will do worse. But yea you're rght, anything can happen. Then again anything can happen in ANY fight.

Where was I surprised by the result of Morales vs Maidana lol

All I'm saying is Manny will be gone soon give us some good fights that the fans want to see. Who after seeing Mosely get beat down by PBF and then draw with Mora thought 'oh great let's put Shane in with Pacquiao'

Shane is Defunately past his best but he's getting a shot! Even if you liked Clottey look at the result a lop sided beat down.

I want see PAC man in with people who can be competitive, JMM has proved he can hang twice, I think he could do it again and if I'm wrong then so be it?!

Ain't no worse than the fights we have paid to watch recently!

Pacquiao mentioned recently that 140 Lbs was his natural weight atm, that he has to eat quite a bit to do 147 Lbs.

I took these comments as a sign that he may consider fighting Marquez at 140 sometime down the line ......

For one, Marquez hasn't shown he can actually fight at 140. And I doubt Pacquiao could come down to that, and really, it's a bad idea. Anyone supporting the idea of a dude going from 154 in his last fight back to 147 and then to 140... doesn't really sound smart at all.

Stylistically he is a nightmare, that's not the issue. It's father time, father Arum, and weight that's the problem.

This only means he is more of a killer at 140. Not good for JMM at all.

You don't need to doubt, Manny himself said 140 is his natural weight!

Yeah, but is that Marquez'? Along with the age and wear n' tear, it doesn't seem likely.

I agree, I like JMM but I think Pacquiao destroys him just now. If Mayweather doesn't agree to fight Manny I think he and his team may have to look at the Marquez fight and seriously consider it. Manny has literally confirmed that he feels best at 140 so taking that fight at JWW would make it a little more legitimate legacy-wise.
