You need to learn how to read.... I never said one glove was superior to the other. I'm just saying that you have to throw punches differently than you would in boxing...not just based on the glove but also all the other dynamics that you have to watch out for in MMA.

Diaz isn't fast...never said he was, but he's not as slow as you think he is based on his boxing in the cage. You are basing Nicks boxing skills purely on what you see in the cage. He's a student of the sweet scicen but he's a professional Mixed Martial Artist.....his focus is on winning in the cage but Nick obviously has a respect and love for boxing. Crossing over will require a completely differnt angle on training and fighting that I'm sure he'll be able to manage.

I never once said he stands a chance against the sports Elite...Martinez is on that level. Chavez would humiliate Diaz....you are giving him far too much credit to have him go after someone like that right now.

I think Vargas or Lacy are safe bets....they are both damaged and on their way out but still have a big name and will come to fight. I like your kirland suggestion. I think Diaz and Kirkland would be a good fight where Diaz might be able to win.

Diaz won't be a great boxer with a classic boxing style...but he doesn't need to be that to be good. he just needs to figure out what kind of attributes he already has and highlight those.....build his pro boxing style around that instead of trying to start him from scratch.....Nick knows how to fight...he's a champion..maybe not a boxing champion but a champion non the less. I'm not writting him off.

It's ok Nick. My fondest memory of you in MMA is when you talked all that **** about the "reality star" Diego Sanchez....and then lost to him.

Nothing left for you in MMA eh? Why don't you go back to the UFC and face the top fighters in your weightclass? Here is what I think will happen; the same thing the last time you competed in the UFC! You will have a losing record in your last run there also.

He competed well in the UFC. He lost a couple very close decisions, and didn't have a losing record.

He lost decisions to Sherk, Karo, Diego and Riggs. Sorry bro, any elite fighter beats those 4. Diaz is middle of the heap in the UFC, no better. Even if you think he got robbed, he still failed to beat those guys convincingly then. GSP, Fitch, Penn and Shields all **** those 4. :deal

What does that have to do with what you quoted? :huh

I'm pretty sure Dirrell fought Alfonso Rocha about four years before he fought Arthur Abraham...so...?

...or, elmaldito mistook "first person to ever..." as "only person to ever...", which is my hunch.
