As we know now, the date and venue have been set for july 2nd in Hamburg at the Imtech arena. Does anyone think the venue and the home support for wlad will have any bearing on haye's mindset or anything in the match in general?
The home advantage Haye would get in the UK is more likely to benefit Haye than Wlad's hometown advantage will do for Wlad. The MEN is a cauldron when Haye fights there. I imagine it's a very intimidating atmosphere for the opponent. Germany is probably marginally more 'neutral' in that sense. As an aside, if it was Haye-Vitali the venue wouldn't matter. I bet Vitali would love to fight Haye in front of his own fans, regardless of the atmosphere. If nerves come into question I'd go with Vitali every single time
haha yep, very true. both guys have pulled out of fights , wlad twice with chisora and haye with wlad. that is a good point. however i do think after all that pulling out of fights, both guys have to go through with this one and will be extra careful in training so they don't look like they're ducking AGAIN
