Analyzing Al Bernstein's Statement

    1. Here in this video already posted, Al correctly picks Pacquiao to easily beat Floyd stating that Floyd's only chance is to KO Pacquiao where everyone in boxing knows his punches are as powerful as Powerpuff Girl ......Pauli Maliggnagi.

    2. Al puts emphasis on the workrate of more than a thousand NON Powerpuff Girl punches Manny Pacquiao throws at every single fight of which Floyd will have to eat some. This is indeed true coming from an expert like Mr. Al Bernstein.

    3. This third point is however missed by Al and which every Mayweather family knows by heart. Floyd never performs Floydesquely against southpaws. And the truth of the matter is he will be facing

    most people analyze this fight wrong. They pick Pac for his workrate or Floyd bc he's a smart counter puncher, but there's more to it then that. Pac beats him for various reasons not just his workrate.

    If Floyd punches like Paulie, why don't fighters walk through his punches? He throws one punch at a time because he doesn't need to throw combos. Its not like he can't because we've seen him do it before. If he has to throw combos to get your respect he will. Ask Ricky Hatton. I've said this before, Manny jumps in and out to throw. Floyd will keep his distance and counter when he jumps in. Manny isn't overwhelming Floyd. From what I've seen Floyd has whipped southpaws. He gets hit more but he still looks dominant. His blueprint to beat Zab Judah was to break him down with body shots. He was told to apply pressure to Chop Chop. He will keep his distance with Manny and use his jab. That is how I see the fight going.

    There is more than volume that most people realize. Jesus Chavez tried volume body punching but gassed out, punched out and failed. Marquez, while not a volume puncher, desperately tried to throw all he could from 9th to the 12th and failed miserably.

    What will effectively bother Floyd is a super southpaw who is unconventional. Here is where Manny fits the bill. :smoke
