Lamon is a true warrior for stepping in the ring with Wlad but the speed difference b/t Lamon and Haye is huge. Haye will be the fastest opponent Wlads faced and will prove to be a great test for the champ.

hmm...I only see Haye as dangerous because he loves to rabbit punch.

Haye has power and would give anyone in the heavyweight division a problem. I might dislike Haye but i realize he is talented.

yeah he is, but...every fight I've seen him in he resorts to bonking people on the back of the head to get them down. His power is over rated, his speed too.

Haye isn't in 50% as slick as Lamon. He'll be eating the jab on a basis and once he opens a right lands and good night.

Lamon Brewster looked shot to me in their rematch. Wladimir only lost the first fight through bizarre circumstances coupled with Brewster's exceptional chin. Haye is going to be a totally different challenge. Brewster by the time of the rematch had lost his title, had alot of miles on the clock, had been in punishing fights and suffered injuries. He looked like he was there for the money and he never did anything significant again. Haye is young, fast and in his physical prime. He's going to bring swagger and confidence with him, the first time a challenger has done that for a long time.

Wlads excellent jab is on display nicely in this fight. I think Haye might actually have the speed / quickness to disrupt the steady flow of that jab. Wlad will still land with his left but not as easily.

slick? since when was Lamon slick you fool? :nut this fight was just Wlad unloading jabs and right hands on a defenseless bum.

    hardly a "great" fight

What about Byrd? He was pretty fast

he certainly was and def as fast as Haye. Chambers is also as fast as Haye in my opinion.
