For those who havent caught the full post fight press conference, its at

Cheers to Maxwell for posting this link the brit forum.

Anyways i did blame Team Khan for the **** that took place before the fight. with sky etc etc. I also thought Khan did not look great in this fight. But at the end of the day, Paul McCLoskey did **** ALL in that fight. Eddie Hearn can say all he wants about wanting to take the fight to the later rounds. But McCloskey did **** all.

And yes. the fight was stopped early. it was a disgraceful stoppage by the doctor. Disgusting. That was NOT fair on McCloskey. But the bottom line is, its out of order how his team acted at the post fight. I mean Khan looked pISSED OFF right from the start. Khan is absolutely right. Khan did look **** but McCLoskey did **** all. it was not a close fight by any means. There is no way McCloskey can claim to have won a single minute of that fight. and after 6 rounds, there is nothing to suggest he could have made it competitive.

Yes we dont know what might have been. Sure he could have KO'd Khan in the 12th. We dont know that. but what we DO know is that for 6 rounds he looked like ****. So did Khan, but he was still clearly winning the fight.

Does McCloskey deserve a rematch? Maybe. but only because i feel sorry for him coz of the BS stoppage. Based on his performance he doesn't deserve a rematch. We may yet get one if Paul can go on and beat top 140 pound guys. there will be an inevitable demand for it then. But at this stage, how can anyone say they want to see a rematch? Khan has a potential bout with Bradley coming up. Thats the priority right now. Surely?

And i rate khan for showing some DOGG in the post fight presser. he looked genuinely pissed off and spoke his mind. I agree with most of what he was saying aswel. But i love how he was showing attitude after team McCloskey was acting so disrespectfully throughout that. They were out of order.

I have no interest in seeing a rematch, khan has bigger things ahead of him.

paul did not even bother to tell the ref or the the doctor that he felt ok and he can see. instead he stood there acting like a three year old that has lost his lollypop. amir needs to start training on coming foward, coz it looks a mess.

Khan did what he was supposed to do, and that is win every round thus far and win every single exchange. Yes McCloskey is a C level fighter so Khan can't assume he gets too much credit for it but he certainly did enough to shut up all those idiots who were screaming for a rematch.

This fight was a complete mismatch from the start and McCloskey doesn't belong nowhere close to a ring with Khan.

I've just watched the fight. Kahn was looking a bit gased by the 5th and 6th round. He tried way too hard to get McC out. Too bad about the cut, it was getting interesting.
