Haye's Talk Shows He's Scared

    Anyone else have that feeling?

    All of the talk, insults, etc... I know Haye did all of this to land the fight, that was his "thing"...and it worked. But now he keeps going on and on, and I don't want to hear that it's to promote the fight, because it's already going to be the biggest fight in probably a decade at heavyweight, no more promotion needed. You know, it reminds me of Tyson against Lewis.

    In my opinion, Haye doesn't believe in himself, and is trying to talk himself into believing he has a chance.

    Thoughts?

    was he scared against Harrison? Trashtalking is what Haye does.

    Yes, I understand that....I'm just saying that it's excessive, his mannerisms, etc... seems scared to me. Just my opinion.

    He's trying to build a psychological edge going into the fight and get under klits skin, seems pretty obvious to me

    Haye will be nervous come fight time like any normal fighter.

    I am sure James Toney was terrified of all the fighters he talked trash to.

    Haye is not scared. If anything he is doing what he does best. He has done this in all his previous fights.

    He is as is no doubt Wlad, supremely confident of winning. Haye as well has every reason to believe he is going to win.

    He is definitely not scared...He has genuine belief in himself. This is the first fighter in a long time going to the ring believing he can beat a Klitschko. I don't think he will personally but he has a serious punchers chance. He knows the only way to win is get Wlad early/out of his comfort zone. To do this he really has to get under his skin. I think he has BUT I think he will be at the end of a vicious mid round KO.

    Haye's problem is stamina. You can't get it if you don't have it. He can't fight for 3 minutes of every round. I think he will gas big time after round 7 and all those punishing jabs take their toll..

    No Haye is not scared, but he knows the challenge he has ahead

    i was gonna say the same thing

    I hate Haye but I dont think hes trash talking out of fear hes trying to sell th fight

    hes trying to retire this year this fight could be his retirement fund, big purse but bigger PPV

    I think Haye is simply not a very cultured guy who probabyl finds it cool to be insulting and to show this kind of bravado. Most likely not scared, if anything I would assume he is overly confident.

    I doubt Haye is anything but scared. Haye is obviously confident and believes in himself. Haye has this mentality and personality, he likes to talk BIG, that's how he operates.
