    Floyd will have to fight due to "money" issues if he was flush with cash he would have paid the irs to avoid interest. His mansion in las vegas is probably worth 35% less than when he bought it as Las Vegas is one of the most hit real estate markets in America.
    He will make this fight as the second he does his $ value will rise. Look for him to make an announcement either right before the Pac Mosley fight so that can overshadow the fight itself or immediately following it.
