UMMMM Manny is not the one who negotiates the fight and the fact of the matter is when its time to put pen to paper Team Pacquiao has asked for cut offs. Which one is it dude? First they said there was no 14 day cut off, then they walked away for Clottey, came back and said they will do 14 days after Floyd went back to his original demand which was full testing. Then they said they will do full testing after they signed to fight Margarito and we all know that Koncz said they asked for a 7 day cut off. That is the reason why Team Mayweather keep saying that if Manny agrees to test then they will fight. Get over it dude.
