and yet mosley shut him out with heavy power when did you see pac make margarito hurt that much. be real about it and just look at the damage they were doing, mosley was phenomenal against margarito.

 

Pacquiao also showed a good chin against the much bigger man. He stood and traded with Margarito quite a bit.

 

Mosley. He heat the **** out of Marg and finished him. **** the 16-17 pound advantage.

 

You don't think Margo was perfect for a guy like Pacquiao?

 

Well, Margarito is slow and it was a good style for Pac but at the same time, there was no way to know for sure whether Pac would be able to avoid a big shot for the entire fight. I mean we are talking about a HUGE disparity in size here. Only because Pac is so fast and so good do we expect him to dominate guys so much bigger than him. But had Margarito KOed Pac, would anyone have been shocked? I wouldn't have. And that's why i was impressed. They were both impressive to me.

 

Pacquiao fought the better Margarito,but Shanes win was more impressive . He made Margarito look like he didnt deserve to grace the same ring with Him and easily knocked him out.

Both were very good performances Pacman looked like he hurt Margarito bad in the 4th or 5th I dont remember, but Margarito hunched over reminded me when Mosley hurt Margarito with bodyshots. Why Manny didnt stop him IDK, but I think Pacman didnt want to take many risks with the bigger man and was fine with coasting to a decision. Margarito might be easy to hit, but not easy to knockdown and Mosley did that, but not without a gameplan. Both Pacman and the Sugarman followed theirs, but Pacman got alittle cocky laying on the ropes and almost paid for it when Margarito hurt him to the body. I pick Mosley, but its close.

 

Easily Mosley. He was a heavy underdog coming into the fight against a marg with more in the tank.

 

People never take into account Margarito's mindset. Let's say he was using plaster. When that was removed we don't know what that did to his confidence. He also seems like the type of guy that is not gonna show you how he feels or what he is thinking but knowing his best weapon was removed minutes before could have been a gigantic factor that threw him off his game. It could have been more Margarito's mindset than Mosley's amazing performance. regardless Mosley since that fight is rusty and rounds from retirement.
