Thought i would start this threat as i was looking at world boxing news website and saw they had Haye at 25 which i thought was a bit harsh!

So with unified cruiser weight champion and being the unified heavy weight champion were would you rank him?

Does he deserve the number one spot?

Lol nah dude, he won't going anywhere near the number one spot. I'm not sure where he'd be, but of curiosity, where's Wladimir ranked in the P4P list?

Titles are meaningless in P4P comparisons.

If Haye were to beat Wlad I'd put him were I'd put Wlad right now, and that would be in the 8-10 P4P section.

7 by The Ring. I wouldn't put him in the top 20 with a win over Wlad, personally. Wlad has no big stunning win but about 6 years of consistent domination, Which Haye doesn't, and it's been about 4 years since his last impressive victory. Not enough to talk pound for pound.

Seriously why is there so much emphasis on the p4p list?

    Yeah I'd probably agree.

But what a joke that P4P list is above. Sergio Martinez below Donaire and Cotto? Yeah right.

Ok, I misread the poll. Though it was p4p of all time.

If he beats Wlad, then current p4p I'd say top 10

I don't know where that list has come from.

The Rings top 10 is as follows, it's never possible to get something so subjective perfect, I don't think Andre Ward should be in it yet 18 months after moving past prospect status but I find theirs' better than anyone elses'.

    1. Manny Pacquaio
    2. Floyd Mayweather
    3. Sergio Martinez
    4. Nonito Donaire
    5. Juan Manuel Marquez
    6. Pongsaklek Wonjongkam
    7. Wladimir Klitschko
    8. Tim Bradley
    9. Giovanni Segura
    10. Andre Ward.

Between 5 and 10 for me. If he beat Wlad and Vitali back to back then I'd rank him number 2 behind Pacquaio. He's got to get past that sickening jab first, intact, before he can unload. His only chance is to rush Wlad and land a bomb in the first couple of rounds to stand any chance. Against Vitali, he would have to put in a biblical performance, the odds are that stacked against him.
