since when was pacquiao above 148 at fight night? yes i understand 148 is light middleweight already but marquez weighing 145 at fight night is almost a full welter already. besides if they do bulk pac-up, he would lose one of his main advantage over marquez which is speed.

PAC does not weigh 154lb. He weighs 149lb at the most.

 

They bulk him up and cut him down. Its probably nothing unusual.

The way Pacquaio puts on weight is the best way of doing it, he slowly builds up muscle and integrates it into his body well, he's not doing a bulk building exercise over the course of 6 weeks and then training for 6 weeks, he uses the full amount of time available to slowly add muscle mass over his frame.

It's why he continues to look slim and not bulked up, unlike Floyd who at 147 looks top heavy.
