If Barker or Lee can get a fight with Sebastian Sylvester it's winnable for both of them. I voted Lee because I think he'd KO the chinny Sylvester whereas Barker would outbox him, but if it was in Germany would likely be robbed. Macklin doesn't have a chance against any of the Champs. He just isn't very good.

Barker - and even he has no chance against anyone but Sylvester. Pirog may be overrated in the GF, but he's underrated here, and far classier than any of the options listed.

Macklin beating Sturm? I'd be utterly, utterly shocked if he won 3 rounds in a UD loss. I like Andy Lee, but he just isn't that good, is he? Entertaining, sure, but just not that good.

Yeah and ONE poor performance doesnt make him a bad fighter either. The fact remains Barker's best performance doesnt get near Pirog's.

As for the Andy Lee comments you people really should go back and review the Mcewan fight

He looked bad in it, I dont think he boxed to his ability though, he seems to be prone to lapses of concentration. He had Mccewan stunned a couple of times in the first round, and from there until the 6 round he lost every round, before finally getting into the fight again. Ive seen him do it in other fights aswell. Its one of his main flaws, along with a very shaky defense.

    :think

Hard to tell really. Personally, I think Barker is the best all-round fighter of the three, but I think Lee would beat him, such is the way their style match-up is, and that both would beat Macklin. Depends who fought which champion really. For instance, Lee and Barker beat Sylvester, but I dont think Macklin does, Lee and Macklin have a better chance of beating Sturm than Barker(though I think Macklin still gets soundly beaten) and Pirog I'm not sold on. Before I make any kind of prediction I'd like to see him face some much better opposition(beating Danny Jacobs doesn't make you anything special, you know). So I suppose I'm somewhere between Lee and Barker, not really giving Macklin much chance, I don't really rate him at world level.

Barker is the least tested fighter of the three and would be KTFO by Lee or Macklin ... it's truly laughable that he has the majority of the votes on here ...

Macklin has disappointed on his last couple of outings but while he lacks the technique of Barker and Lee he more than makes up for it in power. He talks big but has never really delivered, however he has the world title shot so he has the best chance purely on that....doesnt he??
