Well, it's understandable Bradley's perspective. It's not the act of a supremely confident champion though

yep especially when Alexander is fighting next month for $1million.

The guy you beat for a non title fight is getting 75% of what your getting for a unification.

theres no duck. Bradleys just smart and HBO are ****ing useless ****s at times.

hmmm, the only official thing I see on the facebook is the big news in 4 days post. Nothing officially saying the Bradley fight is off. Taking with a pinch of salt just now...

Im sorry fella's , from a business perspective or not , its ****in disgusiting , Bradley should be fighting Khan for title's and recognition as the best fighter in that weight division , not milking HBO because they ****ed up AGAIN !!!!!

Aboslutley no excuse for this , Bradley should be focusing on wooping Khan's ass and moving onto his next 6 figure payday , not taking a tomato for $1M+ and then hoping Khan is still around

I think this is a bit of HBO being naive in the way that they handle the contracting of fighters.

And Bradley thinking that he is worth more than he is because of it. this is plenty of money for this sort of fight but a prescedent has been set i suppose.

Very frustrating for the fan. i really dont like any of the fights mentioned for Khan apart from Bradley

Take a look at the post 5 hours ago it reads:

JUST IN: Amir Khan and Tim Braldey as expected have not come to terms and the fight is off. I for one am irritated as hell. How can Bradley an ok-ish fighter demand so much?! This would have been his biggest fight of his career.

They go on to inform people that the July 23rd date with HBO is secured still and will name who soon as its just being finalized.

    Hope this helps :)

The shocking thing is i thought alot more people would want him to fight Prescott in a re-match but hardly any votes.

    Agreed.

    Both parties are to blame.

HBO badly wanted Bradley vs Alexander and hoped the winner would become a big name. It's kinda backfired because the fight was ****.... and now Bradley will want at least a million to get out of bed.

I don't blame him for thinking that he's entitled to more, when after sanctioning fees have been paid he'll probably be only a happy meal ahead of Alexander.

In an ideal world Khan vs Bradley would happen next..... but HBO have created this monster by overpaying certain fighters - Bradley is just the latest example.

I would love it to be McCloskey, but it makes no sense to Khan and the people with the $$ so it wont happen.

Bradley has not accepted Shaw's offer of a minimum of $1.3 million, which would be a career-high purse. Bradley would receive more than the $1.2 million he was guaranteed for his next HBO fight regardless of if he won or lost against Devon Alexander in their Jan. 29 unification bout, which Bradley won via technical decision.

    From ESPN.com.

So Bradley can fight Joe Bloggs or Amir Khan for effectivley £10,000 more once you take away tax, trainer, manager, expenses.

I don't really see how anyone can be critical of Bradley.

I dont blame Bradley for this one as he can take the easy fight for easy money thats in the bag. I would of like to see Bradley wanting to prove him self and unify the division and accept the deal but he cant be called a ducker this time. HBO are to blame for this mess.
