Hi in anti-oxidents. Black coffee with no sugar or milk does a better job though.

    Cheers guys!

Hopefully the training i'm starting next week with Ronnie Mann will help me out too. I'm sure he has a countless amount of knowledge to share! It's all good.

I'll let you all know when i hit the magic 199lbs! :D

update: I've been training for the last 2ish months for a half marathon in July. In fact, I just ran 13.1 miles for the first time last Sunday and rewarded myself with the week off (feet got butchered). Anyways, in addition to that I decided to try to bulk up while training. My thought process being that with all of the cardio, the weight that stays with bulking would more probably be muscle than fat. Or at least any fat that I gain from bulking will be burned off from the running.

So far I've gotten back up to 185lbs from 170lbs when I started the training. A lot of the initial gain was from not lifting in a long time and having very little upper body mass, with most of my muscle being in my legs from running to lose the weight before. I'm tightening up my diet to cut off about 3lbs before I continue bulking because I'm a little softer than I'd like to be, but I can tell just by looking in the mirror that most of what I've gained is muscle mass. It's a great feeling but like I said it's very addicting. I treat gym time now like a cross between a hobby, passion, and second job, and I have to get my time in before I allow myself to have free time.
