He doesn't look like he's going to be ATG material and is pretty sloppy, but people I know who aren't even boxing fans are always willing to watch whenever I make an announcement about an upcoming Amir fight.

Amazing speed, fantastic combinations (although he could tighten them up), and he always comes to fight (sometimes it almost costs him like with Maidana though). He's just a very naturally gifted fighter.

That along with his questionable durability, which give him that vulnerable side that Pac/Floyd/Donaire seem to lack, and keep you on the edge of you're seat, especially when you're a fan.

One of my favourite current fighters.

  3. none of the above. we watch because we know he has a glass chin and we're all waiting for someone to shatter it.

The casuals? Probably because he comes across as a nice guy, an everyday type and he's decent looking.

Duuudddeee nailed it on the head.

Terrific speed and combinations = flashy style (especially to casual fans). Those that don't like him tune in for the prospect of him getting brutally knocked out.

Its the unknown with Khan i love!

Will he be an all time great were find out one day but one thing is for sure he wont get beat @140.

Remember he still is not in his prime yet! Still has alot of work to do and can be beat! As a fan its great to watch and have found my self walking out the room from time to time shitting my self.

Give it 2 years when he peaks thats going to be exciting. Then were have to great years to watch him try to peak at p4p greatness.

He's fun to watch because he's a busy fighter. He's all over the ring when he fights, forward and backwards.:D He's a rising star that has the potential to be an elite in a few years.

    This.

I've never been a fan of Khan for some reason. He's a friend of a friend too - apparently he's a decent guy; bit of a dick but aren't we all.

There's just something sadistically enjoyable about the prospect of him getting brutally KOd again. I think it's something to do with the excessive tabloid hype he gets relative to his ability.

He's talented - good speed, power, workrate, tremendous heart, etc - and has been in many exciting fights.

But with all those benefits, he has huge vulnerabilities - chin, defence and naivety. Which makes his fights really unpredictable.

    That's why he's so watchable.
