...Concepcion is like...a C+ fighter...how is he losing an upset? I like the dude but he's just not that good.

PacD really hyped him a lot as Pacquiao's successor.

I never rated Concepcion high and felt he would lose to any fighter with a good chin and a decent workrate.

Pryor Jr has solidified his place as a solid B-level fighter for me. Nice to see another Jr that's actually doing something to make his own name, even if it is only because he's picked up a few losses. He got hurt a few times but kept his head, he impressed me.

Wow good for Pryor jr.! I alway love to see the sons (or daughters) of famous fighters cut off a slice of the pie for themselves. I think the trend continues tonight when Lopez stops Pavlik on cuts.

I kinda see Pavlik as the underdog. Hes facing a guy hes own size and all that.
Wont be surprised at all if Pavlik was to lose.

Certainly a year of upsets, I'm sure we'll see another one tonight, however I don't know which fight, but certainly we will see one!

Pavlik-Lopez stinks of an upset, although it wouldn't be that surprising.

From FightNews:

Filipino southpaw, OPBF top ranked Ronald Pontillas (12-3-3, 6 KOs), 130, stunned the crowd with his quick coronation by dethroning world-rated OPBF super-feather ruler Masao Nakamura (12-1, 12 KOs), 130, at 1:01 of the opening session in a scheduled twelve-rounder. Pontillas swarmed over the champ, dropping him twice before the referee intervened. Nakamura, with his previously unblemished mark, had expressed his intention to have an ambitious shot at the compatriot, WBA champ Takashi Uchiyama by extending his KO streak to thirteen, but in vain.
