You knew i was gonna come with this thread.
Arum didnt want to put WV2 w Rigo because he knew the kid was very green yet to deal w Rigo...he believed a fight w a well seasoned Arce will give him credentials and a good experience to improve his resume...but Arce-as Salido did recently, spoiled the game.
A fight Rigo vs Arce will sell very good.
of course i have Rigo taking this one, but cant count Arce's out after what happened last night.

Better this than Arce-Donaire (which is coming you BET!), it's more likely that Arce gets outboxed by Rigondeaux maybe going down via a body shot, but Nonito would put a huge beating Jorge does not deserve. Why not do it? I'm down for this.

This would be an entertaining fight! But Rigo would exploit Arce's wildness with crisp and damaging countershots. But damn, it would be a fun fight to watch.

Arum has some good choices to put a good card at 122

This would be a perfect fight for Rigo. An aggressive fighter who doesn't pay much attention to defense, can be countered, is past his best but coming off a huge victory and has a big name.

Like all Arce fights, it'd be worth watching but I think his style plays right into Rigo's hands.

I dont want to see the great Arce being outboxed and koed by liver shot.Much better the Váquez jr. vs Rigondeaux fight.

Vasquez Jr. is extremely overrated and he isnt going to get any better believe that. He was handed a title belt by the Puerto Rican based sanctioned belt because of his father and because hes PR. He had a string of easy defenses and lost to a fighter that is not only waaaaaaaaaaaaaay past it but fighting waaaaaaaaaaay well over his natural weight class. Im glad Arce won...hes not a real 4 weight division champion but hes perhaps a shoe-in for the HoF now.

Id rather see RIgondeuax vs Noshioka.. Now thats a real test for Rigo.. Arce is a warrior and im happy for him,but he beat a green but gutsy Vasquez.. If Arce carried his power up with him, then id give him a shot vs Rigo...His power allowed him to be an elite fighter in the lighter weights, and finish guys that might have been better boxers than him. He still has decent power but i dont think hell be beating any elite guys at JF.

Id like to see him go against another Old warrior, then retire.. How about Arce-Penalosa?
