It's a term/exercise that Tyson invented himself in order to combat the wall penetrating force of IronG. Just kidding buddy.

Okay folks, here it is. Today I substituted my workout for his 5pm circuit workout.

This is what it is, 10 sets of 200 sit ups, 25 dips (I didn't try 40), 50 pushups, 25 dips, 50 shrugs with barbell of 30kgs.

First let me say I consider myself to be in excellent shape. No excuses.

The first set went pretty well. The second set got a little harder, but the last set of dips were a ****ing killer. The third set saw me take a long time with the pushups and the second set of dips was a killer again, I had to split the second set of dips into 2 sets. The fourth set was weird, because I caught a second wind sorta speak, and everything was going really good, but when I got to the second set of dips I was hitting that wall. I took 2 sets to do the second set of dips. Then I was done. I did 4 sets of this monster workout. The shrugs were the easiest, at that weight, 50 isn't that hard.

Shut the **** up. It was that dedication that got him the ****ing titles. You talk about Mike not being dedicated because he went to sleep after a run, when the fat ******* in your avatar (Toney) once admitted to not doing any road work before some fights! So shut the **** up.

What is Floyd's training routine. If you don't know, which you probably don't, then you need to stop talking ****.

I dont think he did 2000 sit ups at one time, I think this was spread out throughout the day. prolly 4 intervals of 500 or so

Obviously you are in unbelievable shape to have done 1000 sit-ups and 200 pushups and I am not even gonna go to the dips and shrugs. If I could do 500 sit-ups and 200 pushups and still run 8 000 metres every single day like I do, I wouldn't be able to do anything else, wouldn't be able to work and pay my bills n lose every little thing I gat.

It was a crazy workout. I really liked it. Really. Imagining this with the rest of the workouts he did in a day is just remarkable. True all time great.

Mike became more educated to his approach to training many years later... Bruno did the same early start and Run regime also returning to bed for an hour or so.. Then a large full cooked red meat meal , prior to gym work..

Mikes regime later involved box jumps , and crunches.. squats and pushups... His power was emphasized from lower body strength (thighs and glutes)

Often deadlifts too.. Mikes sparring was done at mid day until 3 ish.. He did a lot of focus mit work at a furious pace , and went over and over combinations by numbers.. Heavybag work was a solitary session often just observed by Giachetti or Jay Bright.. This is from just after him coming out of jail for his first stretch.. Mike also ate shel fish close to fights , he loved clams.. Pre fight meal was often a dish of 21 chams in thier shell, with pasta and water...

    God bless..

That is odd. I remember Tyson saying that his prefight meal was a chicken breast and pasta.
