Won't happen. Arturo Gatti, may he rest in peace, was a true gentleman inside AND outside the ring. The only thing that comes to my mind when Brandon Rios is mentioned somewhere is when he made fun of Freddy Roach's Parkinsons disease.

 

To all you punishment saving boxer-safety types: Leave it to the doctors and stop being such ****ing ninnies and enjoy the blood you pay for. If permanent damage wasn't part of the game we wouldn't be watching. It's part of the high stakes that makes it so ****ing incredible when two courageous men are literally bludgeoning time out of one another's life. Get real, this isn't cricket or baseball. This sport is beautiful bloodlust. If Rios wants to make incredible wars, then I will be watching.

If you don't love a good knock down, drag out war, then go watch another sport.

 

I'm a fan of Rios, i ****ing love his all action style but lets be honest he isn't really world champion is he? i mean JMM is the REAL WBA Champion.

I would like to see Rios become a proper champion first before i say this guy might go down as a great.

 

gatti used to beat his wife and prior to becoming a boxer he was a street thug.

rios is young and has a lot of growing up to do, hell compare him from 2 years ago to now he has matured quiet a lot.

 

Never heard anything like that about Arturo... damn.
