Now that Clottey has earned another title shot, will he become a champ ?
I think he has average chances on beating Cintron.

Yeah, Clottey could beat Cintron, especially if Kermit hasn't improved over his performance against Feliciano. Even at his best, Cintron will have his hands full against Clottey.
But as far as Williams, Cotto, or Mayweather, Clottey will lose.

Cintron and Clottey are similar to me, in terms of great skill but lack of heart. If they can't outskill you or out power you they lose heart...look at both their fights with Margarito. Cotto, Mosley and Margarito have heart.

Clottey is good testing ground for top WW

I second that, Cintron will try to knock him out from the get go and most probably won't be able to do it. Clottey works consistently on him throughout and Steward cannot turn the fight around in between rounds.

Clottey has a good chance to be a champ - but I don't think he would remain one that long.

Yes he will be champ. He will beat Cintron and then Cotto. I dont see him beating floyd, but I seriously doubt floyd will even be fighting anymore by the time Clottey gets up there. I do see clottey beating everyone else in the division however besides floyd.

I think it all depends on who gets frustrated first. Clottey has the tight guard that can frustrate Cintron and counter him all night. On the other hand, Cintron may just keep unloading on Clottey and if he can keep his workrate up to pull out a points victory since Clottey has a habit of fading as the fight progresses. Beating either fighter means getting them out of their comfort zones. Clottey can't fight at a high pace and Cintron doesn't like pressure so whoever takes advantage should get the nod in my opinion.

Clottey is a bad match up for Cintron, big chance of an upset.

Cintron seem sto have confidence issues, if he cant get you out of there quickly, than his confidence goes down. I see CLottey weathering Cintron's early storm, before gradually wearing him down, by late round ko or points decision.
