    clearly won't be happening anytime soon. kelly from the lopez fight won't win. lets see if he can keep moving forward and get dialed in. should have a better idea after his next fight.

    i know he is quoted over on the scene as saying he's ready for froch and bute...but he's not.

    If he took on Bute now he would get knocked out early. If he took on Froch right now he would end up in hospital...

    The Pavlik that fought Lopez Saturday is no where near ready a Froch or Bute fight he looked really rusty although he looked a lot better as fight went on in to the late rounds.

    I would give Pavlik a good chance against Froch I mean when or If the fight happens It will probably be next year I imagine and with a few more warm up fights for Pavlik in the mean time he should more near fight shape.

    Froch by way of murder. Pavlik doesn't have the heart to beat Froch.

    The 2007 version of Pavlik v the version of Froch from 2009 to the present would be a great fight. The current Pavlik gets a career ending beating, he has no snap in his punches anymore.

    Can Kelly handle Froch for 12 rounds? I don't think so..

    Kelly looks done to me...

    After B-Hop put that beatdown on him he's looked like a punchdrunk old man. He was never easy to him before but seriously can you imagine him against a puncher-Boxer like Froch? Or a slickster like Dirrell? Or even against a headbutter like Ward?

    I'd like the WBC to put Kelly up against Andrade and then we'd see how much he has left... very little in my opinion.

    Froch would brutalise any version of Pavlik,why do people keep making references to past versions of Pavlik ? who exactly has Pavlik beat at 168 ?
    Drying down to 160,and bullying smaller fighters means jack ****,he's totally unproven at 168,and i've seen nothing that would convince me he'd have/had the power to bother any of the super 6.
    Pavlik tried playing with the bigger boys once before,and was given a beating and a boxing lesson.BHop did half the job,and Pavlik the other half,once he felt the weight of BHops punches,and realised he didn't have the skills,brain,or power to compete with BHop,the seed of doubt was sown and he gave up.Yet his army of nuthuggers are talking about him having the mental fortitude and balls to beat a Froch or a Kessler !!!!!
    Froch,Kessler,Johnson would KO him,Ward,Dirrell would make him look silly and he'd take a beating for 12 rounds before telling us at the post fight presser how he had,Bronchitis,Flu,Staph Infection,Alcoholism,Substance abuse problem,etc etc.
