If there are any pac fans who also like floyd? I'll be honest that I favor Floyd's style more and a little bias for him bc i feel like he is a bit underappreciate. However, I am also a huge fan of Pac. However I really do not like Pac fans who act like he is God or something. Manny is a beast and Floyd is brillant in my eyes.
Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you. Mayweather is my favourite boxer when he fights. Pacquiao right behind.
As a boxer I respect him and think he is great but as à person I cant like him so its difficult to root for the guy.
"Boxing"....floyd's a "boxer" in the most literal sense of the word. He's also supremely talented with great athletic ability. PAC is all those thing minus the "BOXER"....PAC is a "FIGHTER". Both have qualities that will present problems for either man. This fight favors the boxer on paper but we can't go into this fight basing the outcome on what's presented on the surface. We know PAC and we know Floyd...they have many layers and to get a more accurate depiction of what the outcome would be, we have to gain the proper perspective on who they are, their styels and what they bring to the ring at the present time. Pressure and speed pose major problems for Floyd....Speed and counter punching pose major complications for PAC. But PAC has momentum on his side and the mental edge based on Floyd ducking PAC.... Floyd ****ed up with the whole PEDs, Roids and A side of meff comments b/c he basically put PAC up on a pedastal as being a fighter so special that Floyd won't even step up and fight. Floyd had to stall the fight with his demands and spread rumors aimed to damage PAC. That's not really something Floyd is use to doing or we as fans are use to seeing from Floyd. All of those signs let me know Floyd lacks one of his most important qualities as a boxer like him....his confidence. Floyd's not the same fighter when he's not working with the extreme confidence he has going in to almost all of his fights.
I like both, but I wish Mayweather would find the courage to fight this man. I mean, Pac basically destroyed Mayweather's career and cost him millions of dollars. Mayweather knows he can't fight just anybody, so he stays in hiding. If it wasn't for Pac, do you honestly think he would be doing this?
according to floyd is that he would fight pac but he have to take the test. Maybe is his out but i don't see any reason why pac shouldn't take the test if floyd himself would too. If pac agrees and floyd still making excuses then is clear as day he is afraid.
I got nothin but love for Pacquiao... his style, his attitude... Seems like a genuinely good dude who is dedicated to his craft and his people. I got both love and hate for Mayweather. His TV personality is ****, he comes across as cocky and arrogant.. but it's his TV personality. I've met him, sold him a huge TV right after his fight with Corrales (Good Guys Electronics on Tropicana and Valley View). He was totally cool with me. And what can you say about his style in the ring? He's almost flawless. I'll buy every PPV each guy ever does, which makes me a huge fan of both given my personal monetary investments in each of their careers.
I am a massive fan of both purely for boxing reasons. Both have totally different styles that any boxing fan should appreciate.
