On Wendesday, the Executive Director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission Keith Kizer informed Fight Sports Examiner that the 'drugs of abuse' test results for Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley have come back clean. But, Mr. Kizer also said that the steroids test results won't be back for a week. However there is nothing to indicate that Pacquiao or Mosley would have any issues with the steroids test. Despite Pacquiao never failing a drug test, Floyd Mayweather Jr. constantly insists that there's something suspicious about Pacquiao's rise through the ranks and his eventual perch on top of the Boxing pound-for-pound list.

On Wednesday, The Sweet Science reported that Mayweather Jr. once again brought up Pacquiao cheating and his desire to have more stringent PED testing. In late 2009, Mayweather Jr. publicly blasted Manny by accusing him of taking PEDs and cheating his way to the top. Floyd's public bashing led Pacquiao to file a defamation law suit that just recently was pushed through as a judge back in March 2011 deemed Mayweather's antics to be defamation.

Floyd also declared by the beginning of 2010 that he was going to clean up all of sports through his new testing demands. Unfortunately, after his fight in May 2010 against Shane Mosley, Floyd's drug crusade disappeared. In fact, there has been no official word that Floyd has officially done anything to help improve the drug testing protocol for the state of Nevada, the USADA, or the sport of Boxing.

Unfortunately, Floyd has been unable to provide any proof that Manny has cheated or taken PEDs. Yet, he still publicly questions Manny's integrity. It's mind boggling to try and understand why Floyd would continue to publicly bring up this issue when he has a defamation suit hanging over his head.

MAB, Morales, Cotto, DLH, Margarito, Clottey or JMM never doubted that Pac is on drugs because they have the balls to fight . . . . . . why the Mayflower family started this bull****, deny that there's a negotiation, then go on vacation . . .

    . . . and now announced he's not fighting anybody . . . is obvious. :deal

they took standard tests, which are obviously outdated compared to OSDT because PED's are getting more and more sophisticated over the years

Mosley passed every single test he took but he admitted to PED use

On one hand all the Mayweathers say Pac has NO skills, and would be an easy fight for Floyd..........but yet they insist he couldnt do the things he has done without PEDS! Then they say they need to protect Floyd in case manny is on PEDS........then point out that his wins are nothing special and he is a little midget with no skills.

    ........uh which is it?

Hey "*******" go ahead and do anything you can to make yourself feel better because Pac can't take a simple test. But the bull**** tests you speak of are the same tests Mosley and Roy cheated by too. Stop trying to make it sound like Pac is doing the right testing. Pac cheats.

The world's foremost expert on performance enhancing drugs,UCLA professor and researcher Dr. Donald Catlin, has supported Mayweather's position. Dr. Catlin is, essentially, the man who busted BALCO.
You can stop using HGH for one day, just one day, and you can be clean in any test. They can use EPO one day and then it can be gone by noontime the next day. All the drugs are different, all have different windows (for detection). All we can do is to keep upping the ante, making the tests more random and stronger.

Pac got in to Floyd's head.

Floyd used to be the best on this. It is amazing that Pac outsmarted Floyd and he doesn't even speak straight english.

    Pac's smarts is severely underrated.

The one where he constantly taunt Pacquiao about being asked to fight him. Do you want to fight Floyd Mayweather...talk to my promoter....oh I just had a fight and I need a vacation.

But when they asked Floyd if he wanted to fight Pacquiao, all he could say was....Mosley, Mosley, Mosley.
