you do know he had a career before the 1080's don't you? :huh are you the guy that said Tyson had a glass chin?
I never said that Tyson has a glass chin. Yes he had a career before the 80's, and that career doesn't warrant a top 10 spot.
Ali was the complete fighter, defence, offense, intelligence, stamina, chin. You claim to have seen most his fights and you still don't appreciate greatness. True talent can't be overrated.
How could Ali accomplish so much in a very strong era of heavyweights and not be considered great H2H? And give me a list of flaws, since he has so many.
Nah...Zab Judah is the most overtalented, underachiever ever. He is one of the most naturally gifted fighters I have ever seen, only he lacked the maturity, the intellegence and the chin to put it all together. You know the saying "Noone did more with so little"....well Zab is the opposite side of that rainbow.
To spark some new discussion: Holyfield. Reasons: - Would have never accomplished much at HW without steroids. While many fighters use them it is obvious that he benefitted from them a lot more than a naturally huge fighter like Briggs. - No good resume in multiple fights with one opponent. Negative against Lewis and Bowe, neutral with Moorer and Ruiz, only established himself as superior in multiple fights against Tyson, who was still good but clearly past his best. - Had to dig deep against every good opponent he ever faced who came in shape. He only crushed a fat Douglas. It is funny how some people say in his prime he would have destroyed Iggy in four rounds when he hardly ever "destroyed" anyone in his prime. Compare that to the many dominant wins of Louis, Lewis, Foreman, Wlad and others.
Joe Louis for sure Baer, sharkey and carnera were all past it by the time he fought them. The best fighters he fought: max schmeling: 1-1 against louis jersey joe: many think he beat him once Billy Conn: he was schooling louis before the ko ezzard and rocky both beat him but he was old.
