No. He is actually pretty good. At least he is smart and won't go broke like some other HOFers.

 

He'll be seen as a mediocre heavyweight with little to be remembered for. Certainly a lesser known title-holder of unremarkable accomplishment.

I'll be surprised if he hurts Wladimir, and he's certainly looking to land as many rabbit punches in the clinches as he can get away with. But he's got to know that the jabs that he'll be eating won't be like Ruiz' jabs, which caught him a lot in that fight. Wladimir's jabs will be a lot more like Ruiz' power punches which Ruiz was unable to land.

I can't see Haye being knocked out in the 12th round because Booth won't let it go that long. I see Haye not answering the bell for some round...I expect a middle round. Or else Haye not making the count in a middle round after having been floored maybe one or two times earlier in the fight.

I'm real sorry that Wladimir and Hayden Panettiere split up. I wish it could've happened after the Haye fight rather than before it. I hope she's at ringside.

 

buster douglas was far from a bad heavyweight, he would dismantle david haye...but im sure you will remember him as a footnote for the holyfield debacle you saw on youtube.....rather than the solid heavyweight he was...

I struggle to think of any era where he could be considered to have a good chance of winning and keeping the championship belt.

Certainly if there was only one belt then there is no way that Haye would ever see it.
