If Ward stops AA what should he be ranked in the P4P list?

AA has shown a pretty good chin.. Going back to his war with Miranda the first time and fighting on with a broken jaw vs a big tme puncher.. Also Froch is a good puncher and he couldnt finish him, despite landing a whole lot.. I saw Dirrell drop him,he was pretty stunned but not hurt to bad, just Dirrell is so fast he gets you with those shots you dont see.

Is Abraham ranked ANYWHERE NEAR the top today so a big win over him would have P4P significance? Froch just shut him out and also beat Pascal & Dirrell, so who put him up on a P4P list after he beat AA 120-108? :think

I'm still bitter we're not getting the Ward/Dirrell fight I really wanted, to be honest.

For stopping a middleweight who's been soundly beaten in his previous two fights? Let's not get carried away.

Ward is a great fighter, but not top 10 at the moment - he's behind Froch for sure - lets hope they meet in the final - I think the winner enters p4p around the number 5 mark

Gotta love when people rewrite history. Explicity stating or even suggesting that Ward has "done nothing" to deserve a high ranking is absurd. People forget how serious of an underdog he was when going in against Kessler. They forget all of the other people he's dominated. The guy has earned his spot and beating Abraham will be one more notch on his record which grows that much more impressive after each win.

Only if AA injures himself or the referee stops the fight due to cuts. Ward is not going to knock out AA, no way.

If AA wins against Ward its very wierd..

Then WARD > Kessler > Froch > AA > WARD

Comfortably inside the top ten, not top five just yet though.

He shouldnt be in The top 10 P4P list now, and still shouldnt be if he beats AA inside the distance.
Remember AA has recently had 2 very clear defeats and isnt a very good SMW and Kessler was an unwell double vision suffering fighter.

Regardless, Ward is Future Pound For Pound #1.
