Not a career lowest weight but the lightest weight he's been since 2007.

Could this be a sign he's taking the game more seriously? 17lbs lighter than the Vitali fight.

Thats class, Arreola is a decent addition to the HW scene, it's great if he's taking it more seriously now.

Just saw a pic and he still looks fat  Doesn't look all that different, although it is a small pic.

Not sure if Sky will show it, not even sure it's televised in the states, sure I read it isn't?

yeah none televised which is a shame maybe someone will thow some pics up.
Yeah he still looks a bit flabby - but at least he has put some work in wonder how how long he will keep it up for

Its a start but he is a 210 pound man at best. He is just fat. He is not genuinely serious about maximising his earning potential or building a legacy.

Agree regarding 210 at best, if he was as in shape as a Haye or Klit he'd be less that.

Atleast he is making the effort, hopefully he can get down to 220 in his next fight.

He does look better, he's noticably slimmer in the face imo

Nah, he's not a 210 guy, he's 6'4" sure and has a fairly big frame on him. He'll never be ripped, he's just not that kind of guy, but at least if he's this light it shows he's taken his training seriously.

I bet his lean body mass is way less than 210. And I don't get the "not that kind of guy" anyone can be ripped...it's just a diet and training thing. Sure he might never be but if he hadn't overeaten all these years he could've been.

Some boxers are ripped at their fighting weight, some aren't, there's tons of examples.

Anyway there is no way you are taking 24 more pounds off him, he's too big a dude to make 210.

Yep, that might be the case, but doesn't mean they couldn't be cut, they could if they had the commitment to diet. Look how fat the dude is...

One of my mates is 6'5" and has a big frame and yet weighs 14stone and he's not ripped...

He so utterly poor that I couldn't care less what weight he is.
