Donaire doesnt adjust as well from what ive seen. Hes a great fighter, but a bit inconsistent. I would say when he impresses, hes more much impressive than Ward in victory, but I think overall Ward is more consistent. Better fighter is a tough question. Its close, yet to be determined imo.

Close. I don't care what anyone says. Both are in my top 5 favourite fighters. I don't know, might lean towards Ward.

I think Ward is good. I have no problems with anyone putting him in their top ten.

But Donaire is a class above.

If Donaire was fighting a guy who was above his best weight and coming off a couple of losses? Donaire KO 5.

Donaire's left hook is better than 14 Andre Wards.

Ward is one of my favs but Donaire. But not by much. Donaire has two clear advantages: power and natural talent. Ward has some natural athletic talents but not that much. And he suffers from a lack of pop. If he had pop, he would no doubt have KOed all of his super 6 opponents because he has pretty much dominated all of them.

He is just not aggressive enough. He definitely has some power but he has to throw more.Good to see two young kids playing around in a gym and look where they are now.

Ward is plenty aggressive when he has to be. He's landed a ton of flush, hard shots on every single opponent he's faced in the Super 6. He just lacks pop. So people get the perception that he's not as good as Donaire. Ward is actually more skilled IMO. He has more variety in his game. Donaire relies a lot on his natural reflexes and hand speed. I know he's fundamentally sound but he still does. But at the same time, because he has superior natural talent and pop, you have to give the edge to Donaire right now.
