Yeah, something tells me Dirrell has what it takes to beat Ward. Ward is very overrated, a dirty fighter who really isn't as talented as people think. I think Dirrell would expose him.

He did it by moving around the ring and using his speed on the outside... which is pretty much the only way he can fight effectively.

I don't buy the Bute hype. He's got good power, but he's thrown off his game by anyone who shows even decent boxing skills. Ward will take him to school. Dirrell won't beat Ward but he has the style to make Ward have to really work to get the UD.

you forgot about his counterpunching ability and his defense, just because a fighter has trouble on the inside doesn't make him one dimensional. You have to get to the inside first. We can say the same thing about Ward, he can't fight on the outside except against straight forward fighters like Kessler and Abraham. We don't know because he hasn't fought Froch or Dirrell yet but I think you will be surprised when he does.

I can see the Froch vs Ward fight to be a dirty affair, a rough and tumble as both fighters use dirty tactics when the fight isn't going there way. Ward moreso than Froch.

Bute will probably beat Ward, tis true. But Dirrell might beat both.

I think Froch made a mistake against Kessler by fighting his fight, if he would have boxed a bit more, he could have won.

It would be a though fight for both and a close one. Of course Ward would be the favorite.

I still think Andre Dirrel may take it. I hope he will grow a pair and face Ward.

Dirrell isn't very popular and everyone likes to have a go at him. But he made Froch look like a joke with all those missed punches. I had him winning that fight comfortably.

Nobody is beating Dirrell easily. Dirrell has more speed, power, and range than Ward. He gives Ward hell of a fight. If Dirrell's injury isn't a big problem I am expecting him to come back and do some great stuff in the division. He is the most gifted 168 pounder.
