Ohh please DLH is doing nothing that previous promoters have done in the past, its their ****ing job to look out for their interest as this is a business.

 

Pacquiao... especially with the last fight. Casual fans were genuinely excited, especially with the successful year it had been so far up to that point in boxing. Then that crap comes along and derails any type of momentum the great fights from the last couple of weeks had built up, especially with its exposure into mainstream media that fights like Ortiz-Berto/Juanma-Salido/Morales-Maidana deserve but never get. I lost count of how many times I heard "this is why I'd rather watch UFC" in the last week.

No other boxer have done as much harm to the sport. HBO, the most-watched US boxing outlet, has been wasting their budget on shitty GBP event after GBP event for years now. His clutch on HBO's balls has resulted in countless potentially competitive matches never happening, he's been involved in more fixed decisions than anyone in recent boxing history, and the PPVs, the only fights that are widely promoted that casual or would-be fans know about, always turn out to be shitfests. This has caused boxing to drop in popularity.

 

Now that you have thrown that out there, lets see your proof?:think this should be fun....

 

you are a bitter man boxing will go on with or with out pac or floyd this sport has and always will reinvent itself... what you going to do when both fighters are no longer in the game forever. you may as well stop watching the sport now if everything is riding on one fighter. nono
