I hate to say it but Hakkar engaged more than Shane making it easier for Hopkins to land his powershots which he did quite frequently. Hakkar's running gets overexaggerated as at times he would stand in front of Hopkins and trade but paid for it about everytime. Even Shane's running gets overexaggerated. He walked around Pacquiao much more than he ran which still gave Pacquiao problems as Pac is more used to facing come-forward fighters. Shane did what he could to survive admitingly but he's old and couldn't pull the trigger anymore, which is why Pacquiao's team wanted to fight him in the first place(sigh).

Manny is much harder to counter these days especially being how many punches he throws. he can counter as good as anybody and with crisp power w/ both the left hand and the right hook.

The key question is does Pacquiao hit harder than Mosley....

In other news, I don't understand why some here are celebrating 50% of power punches landed, when the guy only landed 30% of all punches. Pacquiao throws many combos.... that 50% number is a bit deceptive. These were not 'timed' punches, these were 'chained' punches. Moreover, Do you really think a guy is gonna hit Mayweather without some sort of setup punch? Do your research guys. It very seldom occurs.

Pac's flaws were highlighted. Exposed is too much. But in terms of how Mayweather would beat Pac, its evident.

Pac has flaws, very evident actually...everybody's been saying that for years. I think its safe to say that despite all those flaws, nobody has succeeded in beating him recently. And frankly, no one active from 140-147 looks capable at the moment.

I don't think Pac was prepared for what Shane did..

Pac will DEFINITELY work on this.

It's because Pac throws a lot of decoys. He counter punches a counter punch that was first initiated by his decoy. That is the one that scared Mosley most when he said Pac is laying up a trap and he didn't want to fall into the trap.

We will see when he fights Marquez. Personally I call B.S on that because he hasn't fought anyone that can counter since Marquez.

Come on now. He is one of the few that truly works on things to patch up holes.Mosley has a nice left counter but Pac negated that. When you feel that kind of speed and power and get hit with with blinding shots it could be very hard to set up counters.

At this moment he is top 3 counter punchers himself. agree Marquez has the best shot against him w/o question but he probably widened the gap since they last fought tremendously.

He had better because he is fighting someone next that has proven he can apply movement and defense, and make Pac pay for mistakes.

Of course, Pac has been fighting guys who stand right in front of him recently, which he has grown accustomed to.
