There was a lot to like about Wards performance against AA. His ring-generalship, his speed and stiff jabs, his variety, the S.O.G done good. There really is not much there to criticise, I wouldn't mind seeing him face Dirrell at some point though, it would be interesting if anything.

I'm not a huge fan of Dirrell after the stuff with AA. Dirrell did put on a masterful performance but I honestly can't beleive he was hurt THAT bad in that fight. I've seen guys hit in the back of the head (Rabbit punched) harder than he was hit on the chin. If he'd have been hit in the temple even...Maybe I'd give him more benefit of the doubt.

Ward I'm not all that impressed with. He is a complete package fighter, but barely....He does everything well just nothing exceptional IMO.
So coming from me (a guy who dislikes Dirrell, and actually likes Wards character) I think Dirrell would still beat him. It'd be a close decision though.

Yea like you know the whole story of Dirrell not fighting Ward huh? Man shut up. Dirrell didn;'t fight Ward is cause Ward won't fight anywhere else that's not in cali. And you know you talk about Dirrell is a ***** cause the way he fights? Well then i guess Ward is a true warrior since he clinch everytime a fighter gets close? <<<That's real boxing? It's more like ufc instead of boxing.

I'm sure you know all to well cause you were hit while you were down on the chin right? lol. I like that people talk **** while they never been in a ring and get hit while they are already down.

I think Dirrell has more natural ability than Ward but mentally he is one of the weakest fighters in boxing. He has also become a laughing stock after that Dr Shawhi bull**** and ducking Ward. I also agree with whoever said he has been blackballed by HBO and Showtime. Will be lucky to get on ESPN on a Friday night now.

To be honest i think Dirrell is the most talented super middleweight in the world has everythink, he just lacks the lionheart.... if Dirrel had Froch's mentality he would wipe his arse on the division. FACT

In terms of talent Dirrill is the only one who can match Ward....even more so then Bute....
In terms of athletic talent alone....

The tune up Dirrell will take to get back into the ring and get roundly criticized for taking such an easy fight. THAT James. :D
