Will Andre Ward Ever Become A Top PPV Draw?

    Doubt it. He'd have to be A LOT more entertaining... like go on a brutal KO rampage. Plus there's no Oscar De La Hoya equivalent for him to beat and to hand him down the torch.

    Oscar had Chavez, Pac and Money had Oscar. If somebody doesn't beat one of those guys, it will be a looooooooooooong time before a boxing event comes close to a million buys after they hang em up.

    His only hope is to become a Floyd-like character. I can't see him building a large fan base, American fighters almost never have big fan bases these days

    he's going to be a great fighter but i dont think he got the style to be a top ppv

    u haters are going to make him a huge draw keep tuning in hoping he gets knocked out bit floydish lol

    Nobody really hates him though. Thats the problem. People are pissed that he has had all his fights at home, but they also realise that hes an exceptional talent. People just don't "care" enough to invest in him like they do with Cotto, Pacquiao etc...

    If he keeps winning against top opponents he has a chance. The biggest problem for him is that he is dull in and outside of the ring.
