This whole 'Irish bias' 'Brit bias' bollocks is getting old, surely we all can agree that we're biased towards our own countrymen but equally most can look at fights objectively.

The bias would be one towards wanting your fighter to win, not blindly stating they will beat anyone solely on their nationality.

In all seriousness, a lot of Irish posters are quick to bite on this subject, can't you see most are on a wind up?

Anyways, Rees will take this, Clev to KO Braehmer and Joe Calzaghe Is the GOAT.

this is a 50/50 for me. Murray does better against better opposition as previously stated. Rees has home advantage and better experience of the big stage. Murray has size and a solid defense. I think Murray is unpopular because he boxes 100% and is not a risk taker. Because he has not got a power shot he is unpopular but the guys is good at hitting and not being hit. I think it could go either way but I would be surprised if it does not go the distance.

Saw Gavin Rees at the press conference this morning, looking very trimmed down and in shape. Told me that Murray is in for a big shock this weekend, also spoke to Gary Lockett who said that Gavin went 15 hard rounds on the body bag last week and is in tremendous shape!

    your thoughts ?

I like Rees ... hes a busy fighter and will have too much ringcraft for Murray at this stage .... Rees deserves another title fight as Kotelnik is the only fighter to really outclass him !

Think under Gary Lockett he has really got his act together, I think if he wins on saturday he should defend the euro a few times then think about world honours, at this stage in his career i think straight form euro to world will be too fast
