1M flat I believe. This fight will do around the same. Maybe 50-100k less. Unless JMM eats his own ****.
This will be a real fight, Filipino vs Mexican. No more running, no more covering up on a shell. 1.5 million+ ppv buys.
Probably about 1-1.2 mil. It's hard for me to see it doing better than the Mosley fight(especially after Mosley's non-effort and the CBS coverage that fight got) despite the history between the two.
1.5 or slightly higher. The best thing a promoter can do to get the highest PPV sales, is to get the Mexican Fans involved. We generate lots of money, due to supporting our athletes.
At least 1.4. Pacquiao has been carrying the fight on his own for quite a while now and still rake impressive PPV. Put in Marquez - $$$.
Its gonna be pretty high. I watched the Mosley fight only because a friend of my dads was renting it so we all pitched in. Otherwise i would not have lost sleep over it. At the fight everyone kept saying they wished they would make JMM or PBF fight because those are the ones that would actually be good. So for this fight you are gonna have all the hardcores like us wanting it because we have seen the last 2 along with the *******s that rent all his fights and the Mexicans who know JMM now and the general public which CBS will generate. Also expect the first 2 fights which were wars to be replayed over and over. I say 1.2-1.5 million.
Im guessing 1.5-1.6. I had guessed Pac-Mosley would do 1.3mil, Pac's stock rises after every fight, as long as his streak continues he becomes more popular. On top of that, he's getting more and more advertising in the US, he's just signed some new endorsement deals that again could really make his name explode over there. I heard his face is about to be plastered on a popular produce product sold in supermarkets. Bare in mind that after Fight Camp or 24/7 is done with this, this fight will be viewed as very competitive. IMO with this fight, Pac should be trying to beat the PBF-Mosley numbers as the odds will be similar and the promotion too, rather than PBF-JMM numbers. Unlike *****'s, I know that ppv numbers come down to more than just names, but the circumstances surrounding the fight and the fighters at the time.
And dont ever expect to see any clips of PBF-JMM, as far as CBS is aware, that fight never happened, until all the ppv buys has come through. The amount of times they replayed Mosley-Margarito was ridiculous.
