Groves vs DeGale: How can you NOT see a premature stoppage?!?

I suppose the ref doesn't look that bad there... Lewis was sticking his hand in his face. Although earlier in the fight he let's 5 seconds of rabbit punching go from both of them, before stepping in.

Also, thinking about it even the Americans have lots of poor refereeing, but it's their elite guys in top fights are miles better than the British refs in top fights.

I remember Danny Williams being involved in some shitty decisions. Watching highlight clips of both degale and khan you'll notice most at pages are bull**** pitta patta shoe shining flurrys. They would get the W, but the fight never reaches it's conclusions with those refs.

 

There is a very good chance of a bull**** stoppage, too much riding on this fight for that, but with the way these shows having been going don't be surprised to see one.

 

Yeah being dropped by a prime world class opponent such as Froch in sparring but getting up and continuing on to the end and getting dropped by Kenny Anderson who can bang but once again getting up near on straight away and stopping him soon after.... I'm sure Groves will crumble after the 1st jab :roll: It's Degale trying to play **** mind games again.

 

I have yet to see degale have concussive power, most of his stoppages come from that sloppy slappy type stuff

I think there'll be a bull**** stoppage in this one, yes.

But, because Groves always looks knackered after a couple of rounds and his head responds to shots it'll be one of those where the referee has little choice.
