Floyd by UD or maybe late stoppage and I will tell you why.
    Hand speed: Equal
    Foot speed: Equal
Power: Goes to Manny although Floyd does have some pop plus he is deadly accurate.

Manny is a great fighter and he throws a lot of punches in bunches but he does not do that against a moving target. Floyd has the reach and height advantage and unlike all the flat footed guys Manny has faced in recent years, Floyd will actually use his. Range and Timing will play a major role in this fight and Floyd will control the range. Manny doesn't have a jab to really bother Floyd either which I see as a major problem for Manny. Everything that Manny brings in offense, Floyd has the tools and skill to minimize and take that offense away. How do you take away angles? You take them away with your foot work. How do you neutralize speed? With the jab. People always talk about Manny's offense but they never ask if Manny can deal with Floyd's offense. Floyd can put punches together when and if he has to and when he does it is just as fast as Manny's. Manny has a punchers chance and that is it.

I hate FMJ outside the ring as he is a douche but he would make beating Pac look easy once he's adjusted.

    He is THAT special.

    Mayweather.

Afterwards people will cry duck when he retires for good. I wish the UK had a boxer like him, we'd appreciate him.

We should all just enjoy his career because when hes gone, people will realise just how skilled this man is, whether he remains undefeated or not.

Pac still is reckless when he comes in, leading to accurate counters that would rock his world. I think the fight is close only for the first 3-4 rounds like all Mayweather fights. Hes just to smart and his defense is top 10 ever!

Mayweather UD. Its not that hard to see really. Pacman can only beat you one way. He is a mid range fighter. He needs that distance to jump in and out. What if you close the distance? What if your not in range for him to jump in and out? I think people want to see Floyd lose more than anything. If you really analyze both fighters then you would know that Mayweather will beat Manny.

Mayweather by UD or late stoppage....Floyds defense and counter punching will be too much for Manny. Floyd haters forget this man never goes into a fight with a gameplan. He adjusts to what you do..as his opponent, it becomes very frustrating when over the course of rounds, what you trained for becomes ineffective. They have no plan B...And then you see wipe out matches...I think for this fight though, he toys with Manny the middle rounds..pot shotting him to death, rolling and moving away form all his punches. Manny will become frustrated and impatient...He will then begin to lunge more and more recklessly and get caught with a solid counter..Then to silence all critics, Floyd goes in for the finish...Every fighter who fights Floyd gets frustrated...Every...I just dont understand how you could pick Manny in this fight...

    Pacquiao UD or late stoppage.

If the fight happens, Floyd will be at least 35 years old. The combination punching isn't coming back, nor is the overall speed and fluidity. The inactivity isn't helping any in this regard, either.

I always picked Mayweather until the Cotto-Pac fight. No longer sure Mayweather can hurt Pac, which means Pac racks up points against a retreating Mayweather. If the fight opens up, Mayweather could get the Mosley 3rd Round treatment and take the long count, or be stopped by the ref.

This is not the first time ive heard this .

It amazes me that after just 1 lackluster performance from Pacquiao . All of a sudden now Floyd beats him .

And even though Manny didnt perform at his best, I would have to say his win over Shane was more impressive then Mayweathers .

It depends on the physical form of each fighter on fight night.
If the fight ever happens, Floyd would be at least 35-36 and Manny 33-34 because Floyd would probably need a tune-up fight before facing the best.

At these age and weight-class, both fighter will probably have stamina issues. So their physical conditionning will play a significant role in the outcome of the fight.

Pacquiao by wide UD or late stoppage, depending on if Floyd tries to win or survive.
