Not overrated one bit. Who is ranked higher at this weight class than Pascal?
Totally outclassed the stronger, quicker fighter.

Was Pascal **** right after he beat Dawson? It's funny how fighters suddenly become **** when they lose.

They don't even deserved to be awnser poundperpound. pascal did a hell of a competitive fight and it was very exiting to watch. Pascal and Hopkins are both best lightheavyweight fighter.

I had Pascal winning by one point Jet, but I'm happy with the result, both fighter did a hell of a fight.

I just thought that 116-112 was way of the mark... Even an american journalist at the press conference after the fight contrats Jean Pascal for the hell of a fight he gave and told him he didn't deserve a 116-112...

I'm more happy with the result since american media have been really classy with Jean Pascal.

This fight was all classy from the first round to the post fight press conference.

What your not understanding is, its not that Pascal has no skill or didn't want to do some things in there ...... its that he fought a legend WHO WOULDN'T ALLOW HIM to do anything. Bhop turned him average.

They were special victories. But how are they all that amazing considering They were all underdogs. In my mind, Pacman was the favorite, so how is it so amazing? What Foreman did against Moorer was impressive, because it was unexpected... Pacman victories weren't really unexpected.

It's an amazing accomplishment what Pacman has been able to do while moving up , but it's not like he beat Godzilla. He's picking his opponents very carefully , and taht's understandable at his age and popularity level.

Btw, all you Pac fanboys or w/e stop pulling the size card or this ***** ****. This has nothing to do with Floyd or size. I've done nothing but give Pac props in the past. Most of my favorite fighters are 147 and under. Play that **** with somebody else, shallow minded ****s.

    ^^

    I couldn't resist the above.

Nevertheless I agree with the TS. This is like Roy beating Ruiz at heavyweight. He found the right opponent to make history with.

I don't think there is anything wrong with acknowledging that fact.

Who here thinks roy would have fought a mike tyson or lennox lewis or George Foreman for a heavyweight title.

^ If where talking about Roy going to hw than yea he picked the weaker champ. Bhop just beat the best champ in his weight class. It's different.

    At 46 !!!!!!!!!

The two best fight each other. Pascal beats Dawson. It was a controversial win but Pascal beat the **** out of Dawson.
Now Hopkins beat Pascal who is the nr one guy, the champ. You can say that Dawson would have knocked Pascal out but we will never know plus Hopkins already promised a Dawson fight.
Once he beats Dawson will you shut the **** up and give gredit where credit is due ?

Some of you guys need to check ones.credentials before you call them a **** fighter. Pascal has accomplished a lot in the ring in his career. He is now trying to put down a legacy on a championship level and came across a special fighter.

But to call a world class champion b level is kinda disrespectful when he ducked no one and earned his #1 spot.

That just speaks to the weakness of the weight class right now.

The best champ is a four round fighter with documented stamina problems and limited boxing skills. He got beat by Froch at 168 I think.

So Hopkins beast the best at light heavy who we all now is limited.
